MidSole Culture Refund & Return Policy

Welcome to MidSole Culture. We value every customer and strive to provide quality products and service. To protect both our customers and our business, please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

ALL SALES POLICY

Due to the limited nature of many sneaker releases, specialty items, supplier ordering processes, and fraud prevention measures, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

We do not guarantee cancellations once an order has been placed.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders typically process within 3–7 business days before shipment.

  • Shipping timelines displayed on the website are estimated and not guaranteed.

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or supplier fulfillment are outside of MidSole Culture’s control.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligible Return Situations

  • Wrong item received

  • Item arrived damaged

  • Item significantly not as described

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of issue must be provided with photos/video.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Worn sneakers or apparel

  • Incorrect sizing selected by customer

  • Change of mind purchases

  • Sale items

  • Promotional or discounted items

  • Limited-release products

  • Gift cards

  • Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier

SIZE DISCLAIMER

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before purchase. MidSole Culture is not responsible for fit preferences or manufacturer sizing variations.

We strongly recommend reviewing brand sizing charts before ordering.

SHIPPING LIABILITY

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking has been provided, MidSole Culture is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked delivered

  • Shipping delays

  • Carrier mishandling

  • Stolen packages

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.

REFUND APPROVALS

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing times may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

MidSole Culture reserves the right to deny refunds that do not meet policy requirements.

CHARGEBACK & FRAUD POLICY

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with supporting evidence including:

  • Tracking confirmations

  • Delivery records

  • Order verification

  • IP/device information

  • Customer communications

Customers attempting fraudulent disputes may be restricted from future purchases.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once processing or fulfillment has begun.

If cancellation is approved before shipment, a restocking and payment processing fee may apply.
