MidSole Culture – Return Policy

MidSole Culture is committed to providing a transparent and fair return process. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase on www.midsoleculture.com.

1. All Sales Final (General Rule)

Due to the nature of resale, consignment, and limited-availability items, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect sizing

• Change of mind

• Wear after delivery

2. Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

• You received the wrong item

• The item arrived damaged

• The item is significantly not as described

If your order qualifies, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn

• Tags, accessories, and original packaging must be intact

• The item must be returned in the same condition as received

Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer.

4. Authentication & Verification

All items sold by MidSole Culture are inspected prior to shipment.
If an item is returned for authenticity concerns:

• It will be re-verified upon return

• If confirmed authentic, the return will be denied

• If authenticity cannot be verified, the return will be approved

5. Return Process

To request a return:

1. Email support@midsoleculture.com

2. Include:

   • Order number

   • Reason for return

   • Clear photos (if applicable)

3. If approved, return instructions will be provided

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was caused by MidSole Culture

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method

• MidSole Culture is not responsible for lost return shipments

7. Refunds

If a return is approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

8. Exchanges

At this time, exchanges are not offered due to limited inventory availability.

9. Seller-Submitted Items

Because MidSole Culture operates on a resale / consignment model:

• Returns may impact seller payouts

• Sellers are notified if a return affects their item

• Payouts are released only after the return window closes

10. Policy Updates

MidSole Culture reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
