MidSole Culture – Seller Code of Conduct

Effective Date: 12/26/2025

The Seller Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behavior expected from all sellers working with MidSole Culture. By creating a seller account or submitting items, you agree to follow this Code in addition to our Seller Terms & Conditions.

1. Authenticity & Integrity

Sellers must:

  • Submit only authentic sneakers and apparel

  • Accurately represent item condition, size, and details

  • Never submit counterfeit, replica, or altered items

Any attempt to submit inauthentic goods may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.

2. Accurate Information

Sellers are expected to:

  • Provide truthful personal and payout information

  • Use their own legal name or authorized business name

  • Update information promptly if changes occur

Providing false or misleading information is grounds for account termination.

3. Submission Standards

When submitting items, sellers must:

  • Upload clear, recent photos of the actual item

  • Disclose flaws, wear, or damage honestly

  • Follow submission instructions and timelines

Repeated low-quality or misleading submissions may limit future selling privileges.

4. Shipping & Timeliness

Approved sellers must:

  • Ship items within 2 business days of receiving instructions

  • Package items securely and responsibly

  • Use the provided or approved shipping method

Failure to ship on time may result in cancellation, penalties, or account review.

5. Communication & Professional Conduct

Sellers must:

  • Communicate respectfully with MidSole Culture staff

  • Avoid harassment, abusive language, or threats

  • Use official support channels for questions or disputes

Unprofessional conduct will not be tolerated.

6. Marketplace Integrity

Sellers may not:

  • Attempt to bypass MidSole Culture to sell directly to buyers

  • Use insider information for personal gain

  • Manipulate pricing, submissions, or payout processes

Any attempt to undermine the marketplace may result in removal.

7. Compliance with Laws

Sellers must comply with:

  • All applicable local, state, and federal laws

  • Intellectual property laws

  • Consumer protection and fraud laws

MidSole Culture will cooperate with authorities when legally required.

8. Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of this Code may result in:

  • Warning notices

  • Temporary suspension

  • Permanent account termination

  • Withholding of payouts pending investigation

MidSole Culture reserves sole discretion in enforcement decisions.

9. Updates to the Code

This Seller Code of Conduct may be updated at any time. Continued participation as a seller constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.
