MidSole Culture – Seller Payout Policy

Effective Date: 12/26/25

This Payout Policy explains how and when sellers are paid for items submitted and sold through MidSole Culture (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting items for sale, you (“Seller,” “you”) agree to this policy in addition to our Seller Terms & Conditions.

1. How Payouts Work

MidSole Culture operates on a curated resale / consignment model.

  • Sellers submit items for review

  • MidSole Culture lists and sells approved items

  • Payouts are issued only after an item is successfully sold and finalized

Submitting an item does not guarantee a sale or payout.

2. When Payouts Are Released

Payouts are released after all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The item has sold on the MidSole Culture platform

  2. The item has passed authenticity and condition verification

  3. The buyer’s return or dispute window (if applicable) has closed

  4. Funds from the buyer have fully cleared

Once all conditions are met, payouts are typically released within 3–7 business days.

3. Payout Methods

Sellers may select one of the following payout methods during submission or account setup:

  • PayPal

  • Zelle

  • Cash App

  • ACH / Bank Transfer (U.S. only)

  • Store Credit (if available)

Sellers are responsible for providing accurate payout information. MidSole Culture is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or outdated details.

4. Fees & Deductions

  • MidSole Culture earns a commission on each completed sale.

  • Applicable fees are deducted before payout is issued.

  • Commission rates may vary by brand, item type, or condition and are subject to change.

The payout amount reflects the net amount owed after all applicable deductions.

5. Failed or Reversed Sales

If a sale is canceled, returned, disputed, or charged back:

  • The payout may be delayed, adjusted, or canceled

  • Sellers may be required to cooperate in resolving disputes

  • No payout is issued for unsuccessful transactions

6. Returned or Rejected Items

  • Items returned by buyers may impact payout eligibility

  • Items that fail authentication or quality standards are not eligible for payout

  • Returned items may be sent back to the seller at the seller’s expense

7. Taxes & Reporting

  • Sellers are responsible for any applicable taxes related to payouts received

  • MidSole Culture does not provide tax advice

  • Sellers may receive tax documentation if required by law

8. Account Holds & Investigations

MidSole Culture may temporarily hold payouts if:

  • There is suspected fraud or counterfeit activity

  • There are violations of Seller Terms or Code of Conduct

  • Additional verification is required

Holds remain in place until issues are resolved.

9. Policy Changes

This Payout Policy may be updated at any time. Continued participation as a seller constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
